State agencies, counties, cities, school districts and public universities each buy through their own portals. RAMC registers on them and bids under each buyer's rules. We are an Illinois company, registered on Illinois BidBuy.
State agencies
Registered vendor in Illinois (BidBuy), Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Oregon and Washington.
Local government
Registered with Cook County, the City of Chicago and the City of Springfield, Illinois, and on the Bonfire, BidNet Direct, OpenGov and Public Purchase bid networks.
Schools and universities
Registered on the Illinois Public Higher Education procurement bulletin, which covers Illinois's public universities. We follow K-12 district bid boards and state portals.
What we supply
Office supplies and devices, office and classroom furniture, hand tools, and maintenance and repair parts: hose, connectors, valves, fittings, seals and fasteners.
How we bid
Informal quotes, sealed bids and written quotes, submitted on the portal each solicitation names, with freight to your delivery point included in the price.
RAMC does not manufacture. We supply as a dealer and distribution partner, sourcing from manufacturers, their authorized distributors, and traceable suppliers.
